Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing YALLA AGENCY MARKETING AND PR as your business partner!

This refund policy applies to all customers who have signed up and paid for our services. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as otherwise stated in this Policy. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request from an advertiser if there is any suspicion of payment fraud or unethical behavior.

Eligibility for Refunds & Transfers

  • The advertiser must provide accurate information about their products and services when submitting their campaigns for approval. This includes any suspension history on platforms or other agencies.
  • The advertiser must inform and obtain approval from YALLA AGENCY MARKETING AND PR for any changes they make to the product, service, advertising content, and creatives before launching their campaigns.
  • If YALLA AGENCY MARKETING AND PRĀ  detects that the advertiser has used different creatives and/or landing pages and/or we suspect the advertised content is in violation of TikTok Advertising Policies, we will retain a $50 penalty and refund the remaining balance (if any).
  • The advertiser must not violate any terms and policies set by the advertising platform.
  • The advertiser must have deposited their advertising budget and paid any associated fees in full prior to launching their campaigns.
  • The advertiser must comply with our Terms of Service.
  • The advertiser must have no history of payment disputes with YALLA AGENCY MARKETING AND PR.

Refund Amount The refund amount is the remaining, unspent ad budget and does not include ad credits (or vouchers), rental fees (or agency fees), taxes, and any other incurred costs.

Payment Method A refund will be issued ONLY to the original payment method used by the advertiser. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will instruct the advertiser to provide additional information on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to reject the refund if the advertiser fails to comply.

Processing Time The refund process may take 5-20 business days, depending on the payment method used by the advertiser.
